What You'll Own
Design & Research
Design end-to-end user journeys that turn complexity into clarity
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile
Run user research and usability testing, and iterate fast on what you learn
Systems & Craft
Build and maintain a design system and reusable component library
Develop sharp interaction designs and clickable prototypes
Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across every interface
Collaboration
Partner with product and engineering for pixel-perfect, fast-shipped implementation
Present design work and articulate the "why" behind every decision to stakeholders
What You Bring
Experience
3-4 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in product-based or SaaS companies
Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects — and how you approach a user journey
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Computer Scien
