What would you do?
Execute Seller and Deal Support operations across sales support, deal coordination, quota administration and reporting. Act as process SME, support governance, drive continuous improvement,
and ensure SLA and quality compliance. What are we looking for?
Any Graduation, MBA preferred
5 to 7 years experience with 3+ years in Sales Operations or Seller and Deal Support
Experience supporting global sales organizations
Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
Seller and Deal Support operations
Sales support, opportunity management, quota administration and case management
Operational reporting, data validation and CRM management
Incident management and issue resolution
Analytics, operational controls and reporting
Root cause analysis and process improvement
