Lead Seller and Deal Support operations covering sales support, deal management, quota administration, reporting and governance. Drive SLA adherence, operational excellence, automation,



stakeholder management and team performance. What are we looking for?
Bachelor s Degree, MBA preferred
10 to 14 years experience with 6+ years in Sales Operations or Seller and Deal Support
Experience managing teams of 30 to 80 resources
Director and Senior Director stakeholder management
Solid communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Seller and Deal Support operations
Sales support, opportunity management and quote coordination
Quota administration, case management and governance
Incident management and issue resolution
Sales reporting, dashboards and analytics
Workforce planning, forecasting and resource Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end to end Seller and Deal Support delivery
Manage opportunity support, deal coordination, quote and quota administration
Drive workforce planning, staffing and capacity management
Deliver reporting, dashboards and business insight
