Manage training demand planning, facilitator readiness, scheduling and LMS operations for an assigned region. Ensure training effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction,
session utilization and continuous improvement through analytics and AI enabled solutions. What are we looking for?
Primary skill - Pricing & Profitability Optimization
Secondary skill - Sales Enablement
5 to 7 years experience with minimum 2 years in Training, Learning Administration or Scheduling
1+ year Client Relationship and Scope Management experience
Experience supporting global learning operations
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a 24x7 environment
Professional English proficiency Roles and Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Build quarterly training demand plans with Business Partners and stakeholders
Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment and attendance tracking
Manage session fill rates and ad hoc training requests
Support Train the Trainer and Facilitator readiness programs
Coordinate facilitators, stakeholders and delivery teams
