The Seller & Deal Support Global Process Owner (GPO) is the global authority for end-to-end Seller & Deal Support processes across geographies.



The role focuses on defining process standards, governance frameworks, AI-enabled operating models, business rules, and continuous improvement initiatives rather than managing delivery teams.
The GPO partners with Tower Leads, Group Leads, Operations Managers, and stakeholders to drive standardization, transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
