What would you do?
Support end to end Incentive Compensation operations including tool setup, data validation, payment calculations, reporting and dispute management. Ensure payout accuracy,
process compliance, quality standards and SLA adherence. What are we looking for?
Any Graduation
4 to 6 years experience with 2 to 3 years in Incentive Compensation
Experience supporting end to end Incentive Compensation programs
Solid analytical, communication and documentation skills
Operations and project management experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a 24x7 environment
Process & Domain Expertise
Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation Management
Incentive setup, administration and payout processing
Payment calculation, reconciliation and data validation
Operational controls and dispute resolution
