Job Overview
G-Coding Infotech is looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to promote our School Management Software and Gym Management Software.
This is a Field Sales Job. You will work in your own city by visiting schools and gyms, meeting decision-makers, giving product demonstrations, generating leads, and closing sales.
No daily office reporting is required, but regular field visits and activity reporting are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and gyms in your assigned city.
Meet Principals, Directors, Owners, and Managers.
Demonstrate our School Management Software and Gym Management Software.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions.
Generate new business leads and convert them into clients.
Maintain daily visit reports and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Travel within your city for client meetings.
Required Skills
Positive communication skills (Hindi, English, or Local Language)
Confident in face-to-face client meetings
Basic knowledge of Smartphone, WhatsApp, and Google Maps




Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willing to travel locally for field visits
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass
Graduates are preferred
Sales/Marketing experience is an advantage
Freshers are also welcome (Training will be provided)
Salary Structure (Target-Based)
This is a Target-Based Salary Position.
Example
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
Monthly Target: 5 Client Conversions
If you achieve:
5/5 Clients → Full Salary ₹20,000
4/5 Clients → Salary = ₹16,000
3/5 Clients → Salary = ₹12,000
2/5 Clients → Salary = ₹8,000
1/5 Client → Salary = ₹4,000
Calculation Example
Monthly Salary ÷ Monthly Target
₹20,000 ÷ 5 = ₹4,000 per Client
If only 3 clients are achieved:
3 × ₹4,000 = ₹12,000 Salary

₹500 Extra for every successful client visit/conversion.
✅ Extra Business Commission
If you generate business beyond your assigned monthly target, you will receive:
15% Commission
