What would you do?
Lead end to end Incentive Compensation operations including plan setup, payout processing, reconciliation, validation and dispute management. Ensure payout accuracy,
SLA adherence, operational controls, team performance and continuous improvement. What are we looking for?
Any Graduation
8 to 10 years relevant experience with strong Incentive Compensation expertise
5 to 6 years people management experience
Experience managing end to end Incentive Compensation programs
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Project and program management experience
Documentation and process governance expertise
Ability to work in a 24x7 workplace
Process & Domain Expertise
Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation Management
Incentive setup, administration and payout processing
Payment calculation, reconciliation- Roles and Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Execute end to end Incentive Compensation operations
Manage plan setup, payment calculation, reconciliation and dispute resolution
