Unity Developer – Really Nice Games

Remote (Global) | Full-time

Really Nice Games is a Riyadh-based studio working at the intersection of games and real estate. We develop original multiplayer titles and deliver real-time 3D visualization for property developers across Saudi Arabia and the region, and we operate remotely so we can bring in talent wherever it is.

About the role

We're looking for a Unity developer who's comfortable moving between game development and client visualization work. On the games side you'll build gameplay systems, scenes and tools. On the visualization side you'll create interactive 3D environments, walkthroughs and presentation experiences for real estate clients. The mix keeps the work varied, and you'll have real autonomy in how you get it done.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of professional experience with Unity and C#
- At least one shipped or publicly playable project
- Comfortable across the stack: gameplay code, scene setup, lighting, UI, performance




- Able to structure a project cleanly and make architecture decisions you can defend
- Able to bring 3D models into the engine (Blender or similar) and make them look good
- Self-directed, with a habit of shipping a playable build every week
- Clear written English

Nice to have

- Unreal Engine experience
- Multiplayer experience
- Architectural visualization or real-time 3D presentation work
