Job Purpose

- Drive end-to-end execution, delivery tracking, testing governance, and production readiness for the Offline to Online (O2O2O) Customer Journey on 3in1 App across NTB, ETB, DIY QR, ABND, and Loan POD journeys.
- The role will ensure business requirements are translated into deliverables, milestones are tracked, risks are proactively managed, testing is completed on schedule, and production issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
- The role is responsible for coordinating across Business, Product, Digital, Technology, Operations, Service, and Vendor teams to ensure successful rollout and stabilization of customer-facing journeys.Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution of O2O2O initiatives across multiple workstreams and releases.
- Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, , and implementation dashboards.
- Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively.
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
- Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams.
- Drive governance calls, review meetings, status updates, and action item closure.




- Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
- Solid experience in project tracking, execution governance, and delivery management.
- Exposure to digital lending, customer onboarding, lending operations, or fintech ecosystems.
- Experience managing UAT cycles, defect tracking, release readiness, and production support.
- Strong understanding of requirement management and change control processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC), Digital Platforms, Loan Origination Systems, or workflow-based applications, UI/UX
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and delivery timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
