Skilled in managing excavation activities, drill-and-blast operations, muck handling, shaft support systems, dewatering arrangements, and shift-wise execution to ensure safe and effective progress. Proficient in implementing rock support and ground stabilization measures, including grouting, rock bolting, shotcreting, and other geotechnical support systems in accordance with design and safety requirements. Experienced in planning and supervising concreting works, including formwork, reinforcement coordination, and quality control. Adept at manpower management, equipment deployment, execution planning, and resource optimization while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards, project specifications, and construction schedules.
