CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Experience: 3–5 years in General Insurance underwriting or operations

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end underwriting operations including quotations, policy issuance,



endorsements, renewals, and documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal sales teams
- Ensure timely resolution of underwriting queries and adherence to TAT
- Monitor pending cases, maintain MIS, and improve process efficiency
- Manage operational escalations and ensure service quality
- Guide and coordinate the underwriting operations team

Desired Profile
- Experience in General Insurance underwriting/insurance broking operations
- Positive knowledge of insurer portals, policy servicing, and documentation
- Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
