Job Title : UKG Dimensions Consultant An experienced UKG Dimensions Consultant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within UKG Dimensions.

- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.

- Support integrations with payroll, HR, and other enterprise applications.

- Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training.

- Provide ongoing system support and enhancements.





Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in UKG Dimensions.

- Solid knowledge of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.

- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support activities.

- Good understanding of payroll and HR integrations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on end-to-end UKG Dimensions implementations.

- Knowledge of Kronos/UKG products and workforce management best practices.

- Relevant UKG certifications will be an added advantage.
