About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Product Designer to design intuitive, modern and scalable digital products across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UX research, user flows, wireframing, UI design, prototyping and design systems, with the ability to work closely with product managers, developers and business teams.

The candidate will be responsible for taking product requirements and converting them into simple, attractive and highly usable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities1. UX Design

- Understand business and user requirements.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis.
- Create user personas and customer journeys.
- Develop information architecture.
- Create user flows and interaction flows.
- Identify usability problems and propose solutions.
- Design intuitive and frictionless user experiences.

1. UI Design

- Create modern and professional user interfaces.
- Design responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain consistency across all product interfaces.
- Design forms, cards, dashboards, tables, navigation, filters and other UI components.
- Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.

1. Design Systems

Develop and maintain a scalable design system covering:
- Typography
- Colour systems
- Buttons
- Forms
- Cards
- Icons
- Navigation
- Modals
- Tabs
- Tables
- Dropdowns
- Notifications
- Error states
- Empty states
- Loading states
- Success states

1. Prototyping

- Build interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Demonstrate complete user journeys.
- Validate workflows before development.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.

1. Developer Collaboration





- Work closely with frontend and backend developers.
- Provide detailed design specifications.
- Maintain proper component structures.
- Support developers during implementation.
- Review developed screens against approved designs.
- Resolve UI/UX issues during development.

1. Product Thinking

The candidate should understand how design impacts business results.

Responsibilities include

- Improving conversion rates.
- Reducing user drop-offs.
- Simplifying checkout and registration.
- Improving customer retention.
- Optimising important user journeys.
- Using data and user feedback to improve designs.

Tools The candidate should be comfortable working with:
- Figma — Mandatory

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science or a related field.

Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Experience Requirements

Preferred

1–5 years of skilled UI/UX or Product Design experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
