Mandatory technical & functional skills

- 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI and product design across web and mobile platforms within enterprise, professional services, or product-focused environments
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications, dashboards, and digital product experiences
- Strong understanding of design systems, reusable component frameworks, and enterprise UX standards
- Experience facilitating design discussions, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level product walkthroughs
- Strong foundation in UX principles including user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Robust collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams




- Exposure to AI-enabled product development workflows, prompt-driven design approaches, and emerging digital experience trends
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design engagements and enterprise application work

Preferred technical & functional skills

- Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and modern component-based front-end frameworks
- Experience working within AI-assisted or design-to-code development workflows
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code product development platforms
- Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, or user research activities
- Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and modern digital engagement patterns
- Prior experience supporting enterprise or B2B product organizations
- Experience designing executive-facing reports, dashboards, presentations, or digital reporting products
- Awareness of emerging trends in AI-driven product design and digital experience transformation.
