About the Role

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to design mobile-first, high-converting landing pages, PDPs, and Shopify stores for Fast-growing Shark Tank brands and DTC brands - working as part of a full creative team.

Responsibilities

- Design mobile-first landing pages, PDPs, and Shopify store layouts based on user research and funnel data
- Turn CRO insights (heatmaps, session recordings, A/B test results) into wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic/motion designers, and developers from concept to live handoff
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides
- Iterate designs based on client feedback and performance data
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, e-commerce design patterns, and AI-assisted design tools

Requirements

- 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally e-commerce/DTC/Shopify
- Strong portfolio showing mobile-first, conversion-focused design work
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of CRO principles
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, feedback-driven team




- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus

Pay: ₹11,295.63 - ₹50,515.81 per month
