About the Role

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, design principles, and modern UI trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create user-friendly and visually engaging UI/UX designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user requirements, business goals, and product objectives.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Review existing interfaces and identify opportunities for improving usability and user experience.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make design improvements accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual experience.
- Prepare design assets and specifications for the development team.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive designs.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong knowledge of Figma may also be considered.
