About the Company

Digital Matrix Innovations is a marketing and creative agency based in Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We work with multiple brands across social media, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and content creation.

We are looking for a confident and creative UGC Content Creator Intern who is comfortable appearing on camera and can create natural, engaging, platform-first content for different brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create UGC-style videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other short-form platforms.
- Appear on camera and deliver scripts naturally and confidently.
- Create product demonstrations, reviews, testimonials, problem-solution videos, hooks, explainers, and lifestyle content.
- Understand briefs and turn them into relatable, non-scripted-looking content.
- Research current UGC trends, viral formats, hooks, and creator styles.
- Write or improve basic scripts, hooks, CTAs, and video concepts.
- Shoot content using smartphones with proper framing, lighting, audio, and composition.
- Coordinate with video editors, social media managers, and marketing teams.
- Create multiple creative variations for advertising and organic social media.
- Work on content for different client brands and adapt tone, personality, and presentation accordingly.

Required Skills

- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak naturally rather than sounding like a scripted advertisement.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trends, hooks, and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone videography, lighting,



framing, and audio.
- Basic editing knowledge using CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be preferred.
- Comfortable using Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and scripting.
- Ability to understand different brand tones such as premium, casual, youthful, professional, lifestyle, or informative.
- Good sense of visual presentation, styling, and storytelling.

Experience Candidates with approximately 6–12 months of experience in content creation, UGC, social media, influencing, acting, anchoring, or short-form video production will be preferred.

Fresh candidates with excellent camera presence and a strong portfolio/sample videos may also be considered.

Job Details

- Position: UGC Content Creator Intern

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Stipend: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
- Joining: Immediate candidates preferred

We are looking for someone who can make branded content feel natural, relatable, and believable rather than overly promotional. Strong camera presence, creativity, confidence, and an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling are important for this role. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
