Role Overview

Our Big4 client is hiring for a UAT Lead to drive User Acceptance Testing activities across Financial Reporting change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are accurately validated and delivered to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Financial Reporting change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are accurately validated and delivered to the expected quality standards.
- Develop and manage UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and execution schedules to support finance and reporting programmes.
- Partner with Finance, Reporting, Change, Data, and Technology stakeholders to coordinate testing activities, resolve defects, and ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee defect management, test execution reporting, and business sign-off processes, ensuring issues are identified, tracked,



and resolved effectively.
- Provide governance, stakeholder management, and testing oversight to ensure reporting solutions are fit for purpose, compliant with control requirements, and successfully embedded into business operations.

Key Requirements

- 4+ years with Robust experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing within Financial Services.
- Experience supporting Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change programmes.
- Proven expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, business validation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of reporting processes, data validation, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
- Excellent communication, governance, and delivery management skills in complex and regulated environments.
