About the Business

Mayurank Foods is a Kolkata-based company which was established on 1st May 2005. We are processors, packers and bulk suppliers of a wide range of products like spices and condiments, dry fruits and nuts, pulses, rice, herbs and seasonings, food chemicals and ingredients, cereals, flours, sugar, oil and other edible items.

We supply products to various chain stores, supermarkets and institutional buyers along with some leading up-to-date retailers.

We have our own brand under the name of MAYURANK.

Private labelling for various retail stores is our specialisation.

What you will do.

- Review production plan and TTO requirements.
- Check machine readiness before production.
- Verify coding parameters.
- Ensure first-pack coding approval.
- Monitor TTO operators and machine performance.
- Check coding quality during production.
- Review ribbon consumption and wastage.




- Monitor breakdowns and downtime.
- Ensure shift-wise records are completed.
- Conduct proper shift handover.

What we are looking for.

- Strong knowledge of TTO machine operation
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Good knowledge of HMI/software operation

- Production planning and coordination

- Manpower handling

- Quality control awareness

- Good documentation skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication and leadership skills

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under production pressure
- Knowledge of GMP, hygiene and food safety practices
