Role: Treasury – Reporting, Data & Process Analyst

Position Summary The Treasury Analyst supports day-to-day cash management, liquidity and treasury operations for legal entities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role prepares regional cash positions, identifies funding requirements, executes approved transactions and ensures that payments, transfers, intercompany funding and investment activity are completed accurately and within market and banking cut-offs.
The analyst also supports cash forecasting, foreign exchange exposure management, bank account administration, reconciliations and treasury reporting. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, banking partners and global Treasury, the position helps maintain appropriate liquidity, effective controls and compliance with corporate policy and local requirements across a diverse, multi-currency region.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare the daily cash position by reviewing available balances, expected inflows and outflows, prior-day activity and funding requirements across entities, currencies and banks.
· Execute and monitor approved cash transfers, intercompany funding, debt activity, investments, foreign exchange transactions and treasury payments in accordance with delegated authorities and banking cut-offs.
· Support regional liquidity structures, including cash pools, sweeping arrangements and intercompany balances; escalate shortfalls, trapped cash, idle balances and concentration risks.
· Perform bank account and transaction reconciliations, investigate unmatched or rejected items and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and banking partners.
· Prepare and challenge short- and medium-term cash forecasts, analyze variances and work with entity finance teams to improve forecast inputs and accountability.
· Compile and validate EMEA foreign exchange exposures, support approved hedging and settlement activity, and maintain complete transaction and control records.
· Support bank account administration, signatory and mandate changes,
know-your-customer requests, fee reviews and banking documentation in coordination with authorized owners.
· Provide accurate treasury reporting and month-end support, including balances, confirmations, intercompany activity, accrual inputs and explanations of material movements.
· Apply treasury policies, payment controls, sanctions and compliance procedures, segregation of duties and local regulatory or tax requirements relevant to assigned activities.
· Contribute to regional and global treasury projects, bank migrations, system implementations and process improvements, including testing, documentation and stakeholder readiness.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
· Typically 2–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking operations, financial operations or a closely related field.
· Practical understanding of cash positioning, bank payments, liquidity, intercompany funding, reconciliations and foreign exchange fundamentals.
· Strong Excel skills and experience using a treasury management system, ERP or online banking platforms in a controlled operating setting.
· High attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to prioritize accurately under daily cut-offs and period-end deadlines.
· Professional fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across countries, cultures, functions and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Kyriba and SAP, Oracle or a comparable ERP platform in a multinational organization.
· Knowledge of payment practices, SEPA, SWIFT, multi-currency cash pools, bank account administration and regional banking structures.
· Experience supporting foreign exchange execution, money-market investments, intercompany loans, treasury accounting or cash-flow forecasting.
· ACT, CTP or another relevant treasury qualification, or progress toward certification; additional EMEA language capability is advantageous.

· Success Measures / KPIs
· Illustrative measures should be translated into annual targets based on operating model, systems scope and role seniority.
· Cash visibility: Percentage of accounts and entities included in the daily position; timely completion and accuracy of regional cash reporting.
· Liquidity execution: Avoidable overdrafts, idle cash, late funding events and effective use of approved pooling and funding structures.
· Transaction quality: Payment and transfer accuracy, rejection or repair rates, settlement timeliness and compliance with banking cut-offs.
· Forecast performance: Forecast accuracy by horizon and entity, variance explanation quality and improvement in contributor accountability.
· Reconciliation and exceptions: On-time reconciliation rate, aged unmatched items, rejected transactions and speed of issue resolution.
· Control and service: Control completion, audit findings, policy exceptions, stakeholder satisfaction and timely support of period-end requirements.
