We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Treasury Operations & Investor Relations — managing liquidity, fund raising, banking relationships, and strategic financial communication.

? Role Summary

Work closely with Management to:

✔ Ensure adequate liquidity and optimize cost of funds

✔ Support business expansion through debt/equity financing

✔ Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investors

? Key Responsibilities

✔ Cash Flow Management – Oversee daily liquidity, fund requirements, and working capital cycles

✔ Banking Relations – Strengthen ties with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions

✔ Debt Financing – Manage CC/OD facilities, term loans, and other debt structures

✔ Fund Raising – Support debt/equity financing for expansion and new projects

✔ Negotiation – Secure favorable interest rates, banking charges, and facility terms

✔ Treasury MIS – Prepare forecasts, fund requirement statements, and reports for Management





✔ Investor Relations – Create presentations, updates, and funding proposals; manage stakeholder communication

✔ Compliance – Monitor debt servicing, repayment schedules, and financing covenants

✔ Financial Analysis – Provide insights to support strategic funding and investment decisions

? Candidate Profile

✔ MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent preferred

✔ 12–15 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Banking, or Investor Relations

✔ Strong expertise in working capital management, debt raising, and financial structuring

✔ Exposure to Agri Business, Manufacturing, FMCG, Trading (advantageous)

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint
