We are looking for a Travel Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to join our office team in Panchkula.
Your main responsibility will be to manage company-generated leads, follow up with customers, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and help increase business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on incoming company leads.
- Convert travel and bus rental enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel/bus rental options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Help increase bookings and overall business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, travel agency, bus rental or lead conversion will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Commission Opportunity You can also work with us on a commission-based model.
If you have your own clients, leads or sales network, you can work with Kartar Travels Private Limited on a commission basis and earn attractive commissions on successful bookings.
