US Travel Sales Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: Plot 378-379, Udyog Vihar Phase 4 Road, Near Nokia Building, Electronic City, Phase

IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana - 122015

Shift: US Night Shift (5 Days Working)

Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the USA.

Assist customers in booking domestic and international flight tickets.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend the best flight options.

Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Explain fare rules, baggage policies, cancellation, and rescheduling options.

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.

Maintain booking records and update CRM systems.





Coordinate with operations for smooth bookings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process, US Travel Sales, Travel Consultant or

BPO Sales. Freshers with excellent English communication and sales skills may also apply.

Excellent spoken English.

Strong sales and objection handling skills.

Comfortable with permanent US Night Shift.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is an advantage.
