Role Overview

We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Travel Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, sell South India tour packages, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings and provide end-to-end travel assistance to customers.

The role involves customer communication, travel sales, follow-ups and booking coordination across hotels, transportation and ticketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, travel dates, destinations, group size and budget.
- Recommend suitable South India tour packages and customized itineraries.
- Prepare and share professional quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with enquiries, clarify queries and convert genuine enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate execution of confirmed trips.
- Coordinate with hotels for availability, rates, reservations and booking confirmations.
- Handle bus, train and flight ticket bookings as required.
- Coordinate taxi and other transportation requirements for customers.
- Maintain clear records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.




- Build and maintain good working relationships with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.
- Ensure customers receive timely and accurate information throughout the booking process.

Requirements

- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hotel, ticketing, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Good understanding of customer handling and follow-up.
- Solid communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to use WhatsApp, email and online booking platforms.
- Ability to prepare quotations accurately and manage multiple enquiries.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
