About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive who can handle inbound leads, understand customer requirements, prepare suitable travel quotations, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
This is a target-oriented role where strong follow-up, negotiation, and sales skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with online/inbound travel leads.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and communicate pricing.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer objections and queries.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is strongly preferred.
- Solid communication, convincing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of travel packages and customer requirements.
- Ability to work with online leads.
- Candidates from other industries may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional sales ability.
- No specific minimum educational qualification.
