Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, recommending suitable destinations, itineraries, and packages, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements. The consultant will handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other services, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving booking issues,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and offers. The role also includes working with internal teams and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and deliver a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients, design itineraries, and oversee complete trip planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book and coordinate flights, accommodations, tours, and related services accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and provide support before, during, and after travel.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, GDS tools, and basic office software, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple bookings, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
