-Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages, flights, hotels, visas, and holiday services.

-Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions based on budget and preferences.

-Generate sales through leads, referrals, and outbound calling activities.

-Prepare and share travel quotations, itineraries, and package details with clients.

-Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

-Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and vendors for reservations and confirmations.

-Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related support.

-Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM systems.

-Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa regulations, and promotional offers to provide accurate travel advice.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, visas.
- Experience in handling domestic and international travel inquiries preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel products.
- Good sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand customer & convert inquiries into bookings.
- Familiarity with visa processes, travel documentation, and travel insurance.
- Robust follow-up and lead management skills.
- Knowledge of GDS systems will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to build long-term CR's and generate repeat business.
