About the Role

We’re looking for curious and detail-oriented Junior Research Associates to help us build a global database of tour guides and travel operators.

This is a research-focused role for someone who enjoys exploring the internet, discovering useful information, verifying facts, and organizing data accurately. You don’t need prior experience in the travel industry — curiosity, persistence, and good research skills matter more.

What You’ll Do

- Research and discover tour guides and travel operators across different destinations worldwide.
- Find information using Google, social media, travel websites, directories, and other online sources.




- Verify information and identify reliable sources.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets.
- Research new destinations, companies, and tourism-related businesses.
- Cross-check information and identify missing or outdated data.
- Work independently to complete research tasks and meet targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers, students, or candidates with an interest in research and travel.
- Strong internet research and information-finding skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Comfortable using Google Search, social media, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to dig deeper when information isn't easy to find.
- Patience and persistence when researching difficult-to-find information.
- Ability to work independently and follow clear research guidelines.
