Job Title : Travel Sales Consultant - Leisure Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their budget, destination preferences, and travel requirements .
- Design customised itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities .
- Handle quotations, bookings, reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
- Advise customers on visas, weather, local customs, and travel requirements .
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including handling cancellations, changes, and complaints .
- Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in leisure travel sales / holiday packages .
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations .
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with travel booking systems/CRM.
