Travel with Ruksana, a travel brand under Singh Hospitality Ventures LLP, is looking for a passionate and resourceful Tour Operator / Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations across India.

We are looking for someone who can take a travel requirement and turn it into a well-planned, smooth, and memorable trip.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and organize domestic tours and travel experiences across India

Create customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets

Arrange hotels, transportation, sightseeing, activities, guides, and other travel services

Coordinate with hotels, resorts, drivers, tour guides, activity providers, and local vendors

Negotiate with travel partners to obtain competitive rates

Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications

Coordinate with guests before, during, and after their trips

Handle unexpected situations and solve travel-related issues quickly

Research new destinations, experiences, activities, and travel opportunities across India

Develop attractive tour packages for different types of travellers

Maintain robust relationships with local travel and hospitality partners

Ensure that every trip is properly coordinated from beginning to end





Assist in improving Travel with Ruksana's tour products and operations

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of Indian destinations and travel routes

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good negotiation and vendor-management abilities

Passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality

Ability to plan trips independently and manage multiple bookings

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willingness to coordinate with partners and guests across different parts of India

Previous experience in tour operations/travel management is preferred

Freshers with strong destination knowledge and the right attitude may also apply
