The Role As our Travel Expert, you'll be the human voice guests hear when they're planning something that matters to them — a family trip, a business stay, a weekend escape. You'll turn their questions into confirmed bookings, their uncertainty into confidence, and their stay into a story they tell their friends about.

What your days will look like:

- Talking to travelers and corporate clients, understanding what they actually need, and matching them to the perfect WOW STAYZ2 stay
- Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings — you'll own this number,

- Making sure every stay, from check-in to check-out and beyond, feels effortless for the guest
- Partnering closely with our hotel properties and internal teams to solve problems before guests even notice them
- Listening to feedback and using it to make the next guest experience even better
- Being the reason someone chooses to stay with us again

What You Bring We care less about a perfect resume and more about whether you genuinely connect with people. That said, here's what will help you thrive:

The essentials:

- Fluent in English and Marathi — you need to be able to build real rapport, not just get through a script
- Some experience in sales or front office within hospitality — hotels, resorts, travel agencies, or a similar guest-facing role
- Based in or willing to work from Indore, Madhya Pradesh — this is an in office role, and we believe some of the best guest relationships are built in person

What else helps:

- A natural instinct for customer service — you enjoy people, not just tolerate them
- Comfort with CRM tools, booking platforms, and everyday office/spreadsheet work
- An understanding of business travel — corporate bookings, policies, itinerary coordination
- Strong organization and follow-through — you don't let things slip through the cracks
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business is a nice-to-have, but not required.
