Responsibilities

-Minimum 1 yr experience in Travel industry.

-Handling inbound calls & converting them into a sales call.

-Continuous Follow up with the customers

-Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.

- knowledge for booking flight tickets

Handling tour bookings from start to finish

Negotiating and closing deals with clients

Dealing efficiently with guests
