- Assist customers in planning domestic and international tours.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel bookings.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain booking records and update customer information.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth pre- and post-trip coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or any relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
