About the Opportunity

Join the travel sales team of a leading travel brand and help customers plan and book memorable holidays. We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Tours & Travel industry who are confident in handling customers and driving sales from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end B2C sales from lead qualification to final booking.
- Connect with customers who have shown interest in travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Recommend suitable tours, packages and travel solutions.
- Handle objections, negotiate and close bookings.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

What Were Looking For

- 1.5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in Tours & Travel.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales and closing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Comfortable working with sales targets and revenue numbers.
- Good understanding of travel packages, destinations and customer requirements.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
