- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings
- Assist customers with reservations, cancellations & modifications
- Provide excellent customer support via Calls/Email/Chat
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels & travel partners
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service / Travel Process
Knowledge of Travel Software/GDS is mandatory
Good communication skills
Versatile with rotational shifts
