Benchmark Incentive and Leisure Travels is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Consultant to join our Bangalore team. We are looking for an "Industry Expert" who understands the nuances of international destinations and has a proven track record in converting high-value outbound inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be the primary bridge between online enquiries and successful travel memories, ensuring our old clients remain loyal while new leads are converted with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion: Actively call and follow up on online enquiries (website, social media, and portals) to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular touchpoints with our existing database of clients to ensure repeat business and personalized service.
- Outbound Itinerary Design: End-to-end planning and execution of customized international holiday packages (Schengen, SEA, Middle East, USA, etc.) and domestic tours.
- Strategic Suggestions: Proactively suggest destination alternatives, upgrades,



and value-added services to enhance the clients travel experience and increase deal value.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners to negotiate the best rates and ensure seamless on-ground operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Sales Mindset: High comfort level with making outbound calls and a high lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
- Destination Knowledge: Robust grasp of global geography, visa requirements, and popular international tourist circuits.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Kannada/Hindi (preferred) with the ability to build trust over the phone.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
