The role involves handling customer enquiries for holiday packages, understanding their travel requirements, preparing suitable itineraries/quotations, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email and online leads

- Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget and hotel preference

- Suggest suitable holiday packages and itineraries based on customer requirements

- Prepare and share quotations with customers

- Regularly follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings

- Explain package inclusions, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other travel arrangements clearly

- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed bookings

- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation

- Build positive customer relationships and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process

Candidate Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and English

- Confident in speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp

- Good sales and negotiation skills

- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable working with email, WhatsApp and online systems

- Ability to understand customer requirements and follow up consistently

- Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and travel

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tour operations, telesales or customer sales will be preferred

- Candidates with knowledge of domestic holiday destinations will have an advantage

- Freshers with good communication and sales ability may also apply

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
