- Coordinate daily vehicle placement and transportation operations.

- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely reporting.

- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and depot teams.

- Prepare and maintain vehicle and trip-related records.

- Monitor loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery status.

- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve operational issues.

- Verify transport documents, PODs, trip sheets, and other records.

- Monitor fuel, vehicle utilization, and transportation expenses.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

- Prepare daily/weekly transport MIS and operational reports.

- Handle emergency situations and coordinate for quick resolution.
