Transport Operations Supervisor – Salem

Sri Lakshmi Transport Service is hiring a Transport Operations Supervisor to manage daily fleet and driver operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate vehicles, drivers, trips and routes.
- Monitor vehicle movement, GPS, fuel and trip details.
- Manage driver attendance and duty allocation.
- Coordinate breakdowns, maintenance and vehicle replacement.
- Maintain vehicle, driver and transport records.
- Prepare daily reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with plants/customers for vehicle placement.
- Ensure safety, discipline and timely operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Transport/Fleet Operations.
- Good Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and driver coordination skills.
- Commercial vehicle experience preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month Location: Seelanaickenpatty, Salem
