Core Responsibilities LR (Lorry Receipt) Management

- Verify all incoming and outgoing Lorry Receipts against physical stock.

- Generate and allocate accurate LRs to assigned transport vehicles.

- Resolve data discrepancies between LRs, invoices, and physical counts.

- Maintain a digital and physical log of all issued LRs.

Proof of Delivery (POD) Management

- Collect signed, stamped, and dated PODs

- Audit PODs for customer remarks, missing items, or signature validity.

- Scan and upload clean POD documents into the ERP/WMS system daily.

- Track pending or delayed PODs to accelerate the billing cycle.

Returns Handling (Reverse Logistics)

- Inspect returned inventory to determine the reason for return.

- Classify items immediately into designated return categories

- Process return documentation and trigger system inventory updates.

- Coordinate with the quality team to approve or reject returned goods.

Damaged Goods Treatment

- Segregate damaged items from commercial stock to prevent cross-contamination.

- Document damages using photos, item codes, and descriptive incident reports.

- Initiate Claim process in coordination with Head Office





- Dispose of or rework damaged stock following safety and environmental guidelines.

Delivery and Pickup TAT (Turnaround Time)

- Monitor gate-in to gate-out times for all commercial vehicles.

- Streamline staging areas to accelerate loading and unloading speeds.

- Assign labor dynamically to prevent dock congestion and delays.

- Analyze TAT bottlenecks to meet strict client service level agreements.

Daily Reporting

- Compile shift reports detailing total volumes loaded and unloaded.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnaround time and labor efficiency.

- Report operational bottlenecks, equipment failures, or safety incidents to management.

- Reconcile physical end-of-day inventory levels with system data.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
