Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions with deep expertise in Qualtrics, AWS, and enterprise experience platforms. This role combines technical architecture, hands-on development, and client engagement to build scalable, secure integration solutions across industries including banking, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and aviation. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning from requirements discovery through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor on platform customization, data automation, and cloud-native transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Discovery & Pre-Sales:
Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution scoping,



effort estimation, and client presentations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Document requirements, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Design:
Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
Design end-to-end architectures encompassing applications, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and APIs.
Lead the design and implementation of Qualtrics XM solutions across CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience.
Develop integrations with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, messaging gateways, data warehouses, kiosk systems, and BI tools.
Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams on cloud-native and engineering best practices.
