Role Description As a Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales) at Square Yards, you will manage end-to-end client interactions, from initial inquiry to closing real estate transactions.



You will conduct property consultations, understand client requirements, present suitable options, and guide clients through site visits, negotiations, and documentation. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and other stakeholders, while collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. You will track leads, update CRM systems, and meet or exceed sales targets by proactively following up with prospects and nurturing repeat business. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship management and client servicing.
Proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive environme
