Plan A Technologies is looking for a highly experienced Platform & DevOps Engineer with 12+ years of experience and a strong hands-on background in building and operating software platforms at enterprise scale.

This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond traditional DevOps and has deep expertise in platform engineering, Kubernetes, AWS, infrastructure automation, and cloud architecture. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and highly available platforms that enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently and reliably.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with an architectural mindset, and is comfortable working across infrastructure, automation, observability, security, and developer enablement.

Please note: you must have at least 12 years of DevOps experience and deep, hands-on expertise with enterprise platforms to be considered for this role.

Job Responsibility & Experience

Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Kubernetes platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.




Solid experience architecting cloud infrastructure on AWS, including multi-account strategies, networking, security, identity management, governance, and cost optimization.
Proven experience designing enterprise DevOps platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and deployment automation.
Ability to architect highly available, fault-tolerant, scalable, and disaster recovery-ready infrastructure capable of supporting mission-critical applications.
Strong understanding of platform architecture, container orchestration, networking, load balancing, ingress controllers, service discovery, storage, and security.
Experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters, Kafka platforms, PostgreSQL databases, NGINX, and other critical infrastructure services in production.
Expertise in Linux administration, Python, Shell scripting, API integrations, and infrastructure
