Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Program
Manager to support the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide
programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience
working within Agile and Scrum environments, a solid understanding of Azure
DevOps and Jira, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to
ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an emerging project or program management skilled
looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

* Support the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise
programs and initiatives.
* Assist Program Managers in managing project schedules, milestones, risks,
dependencies, and deliverables.
* Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment
and timely execution.




* Facilitate project governance activities and maintain project documentation.

Agile Delivery Management

* Support Agile teams in the adoption and execution of Scrum and Agile best
practices.
* Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and
Retrospectives.
* Monitor sprint progress and track delivery metrics.
* Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.

Azure DevOps & Jira Administration

* Maintain project boards, work items, epics, features, stories, and tasks in
Azure DevOps and Jira.
* Generate and distribute project dashboards and progress reports.
* Ensure accurate tracking of project status, dependencies, issues, and risks.
* Support workflow configuration and process improvements within project
management tools.

Stakeholder Management

* Prepare status updates, presentations, and executive summaries.
