Job Description:
Preparation of import checklists and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
Managing Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and licensed shipments.
Audit import documentation checklists to ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal SOPs
Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or errors and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Preparation of import checklists and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place ((preferable knowledge)
Filing of Bill of Entry and handling E-Sanchit processes (preferable knowledge).
In-depth knowledge of customs tariffs and classification
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting.
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
Graduate in any stream
5-10 years of experience in import documentation, checklist preparation.
Working knowledge of LogiSys software is required.
Understanding of audit processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., customs, trade compliance, FTA, import/export laws).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially E
