The Role – Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will ensure machines are running efficiently and customers are satisfied with the service delivered. You will work independently across customer sites and at our depots in your assigned region, supported by a strong service team, timely spare parts, and remote technical assistance when required.

This role is hands‑on in nature and involves regular travel, on‑site execution, and direct involvement in maintenance and repair activities on rental equipment.

you will be responsible for meeting service targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing hands‑on maintenance and repair activities on rental equipment at customer sites and at our depots.

Job Description – Responsibilities

Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rental fleet at customer sites and depots
Commissioning, decommissioning, routine, and preventive maintenance of compressors, dryers, gas generators, diesel generators, steam boilers, and ancillary equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults through hands‑on execution
Attend breakdowns promptly and perform services independently
Document daily work, update work hours and spares consumption in ERP (Wynne), and complete rental check‑out work orders
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and service
Follow safety standards, use PPE, and comply with health and safety regulatio
