Associate, Financial Systems Program Management

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Financial Systems Program Management on the Stakeholder Governance and Program Management (SG±) team, you will be responsible for:

Provide coordination and operational support for finance systems enhancements and changes across the portfolio
Track team progress, maintain visibility into milestones, risks, and blockers, and prepare status updates for stakeholders and leadership
Partner with the Finance Systems Program Management Manager to organize priorities and support execution against workstream plans
Guide projects through governance, tracking, analysis, reporting,



and documentation across the development lifecycle
Support cross-functional coordination with finance, technology, delivery, and global stakeholders to move work from intake through planning and delivery

The team

The Stakeholder Governance and Program Management (SG±) team serves as the connective tissue across the FS team partnering with system users, business leaders, application delivery teams, ITS, and global stakeholders to move finance-led enhancements from intake through planning and delivery. The team’s responsibilities center on gathering and refining enhancement requests, translating business needs into feature sheets and requirements, maintaining a strategy-aligned roadmap across systems and process changes, coordinating cross-system planning, supporting workshops and design sessions, and driving explicit communication on project status, priorities, releases, and impacts.
