Role Description The Property Sales Manager (experienced) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Property Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end property sales cycles, including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, property showings, negotiation, and deal closure.



This role involves building and managing a robust pipeline, maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager will track market trends, analyze pricing, prepare sales proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, documentation, and after-sales support. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring performance against targets, reporting sales metrics to leadership, and mentoring junior sales staff for consistent sales growth.
