Senior Technical Support Consultant Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Consultant with 10+ years of experience to provide hands-on technical support and infrastructure expertise across our Microsoft, cloud, networking, security, backup, and endpoint environments.
The role will initially be part-time consulting, with the potential to transition to a full time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
Manage and support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange.
Administer Datto RMM, Datto Backup/BCDR, and related systems.
Manage endpoint security using SentinelOne and other security tools.
Troubleshoot networking, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure.
Support Windows and Linux environments.
Monitor systems, endpoints, backups, security alerts, and logs.
Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Support APIs and third-party application integrations.




Develop automation and scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Document systems, configurations, solutions, and technical procedures.
Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of issues through resolution.
Recommend improvements to infrastructure, security, reliability, and IT operations.
